Directions to Community:
From San Antonio, take I-35 North to New Braunfels. Exit 186, continuing on the frontage road then turn right onto Walnut Ave. Turn right on W. Klein Road. Continue for ¾ mile, then turn left on Klein Meadows. Continue on Klein Meadows for ½ mile, passing the New Braunfels Ninth Grade Center (on your right), then turn right on Legend Pond, followed by a quick right on Zipp Road. The Century Communities Park Place entrance will be the third left on Zipp Road. Drive down Clarisse Street, turn left on Havisham Pass and model is located on the right, on Danforth Street.
From New Braunfels on IH-35, head southeast on S Seguin Ave for 2.2 miles. Turn right onto W County Line Road for 1 mile and then turn left onto S Walnut Ave. Turn right onto W Klein Rd and in 1 1/2 miles, turn left onto Klein Meadows.
